This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request assistance if you experience a product-related issue.
1. Warranty Coverage
All skirts purchased from Trivexan are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty stitching or seam defects
- Broken or defective zippers, buttons, or closures upon arrival
- Fabric defects present at delivery
- Incorrect size, color, or item received
- Products damaged during shipping
If any covered issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
- Shrinkage, fading, stretching, or pilling after use
- Accidental damage such as tears, cuts, burns, or snags
- Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or modifications
- Stains caused by cosmetics, food, beverages, perfume, or other substances
- Items returned with strong odors such as smoke, perfume, or detergent
- Minor measurement variations within normal manufacturing tolerance
- Final sale or clearance items where stated
These situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for warranty coverage.
3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your claim within 24–48 business hours.
4. Approved Warranty Resolutions
If your warranty claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:
- Free replacement item (subject to availability)
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
For approved warranty claims, any necessary replacement shipping costs will be covered by Trivexan.
5. Warranty Claim Period
All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for warranty service.
